When we are unable to process one or more assets that you submitted, we will refund credits spent on those assets. Credits will be returned to your account and you will see a change in your Usage graph. The refund will occur before your API Task or Project reaches terminal state. If you have questions or concerns about your API Tasks or Projects, please reach out to support and specify your Task or Project ID in the subject line.
